I was born and raised in the UK and have spent the last 18 years building my life and career in Singapore, raising two daughters while working across cultures, time zones, and the constant demands of a global career.
Pressure rarely appears as a single defining moment. It comes continuously from multiple directions, including deadlines, client expectations, team dynamics, and the mental load outside of work that never fully switches off.
Balancing these competing demands has taught me to lead through pressure with intention. I help leaders regulate their responses so that pressure strengthens clarity, focus, and performance rather than spreading dysfunction.
