At Emotify Pte Ltd, I use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support the running of my business. This notice explains how and where AI is involved, so you can engage with my services with full transparency.

How I use AI

I use AI tools to assist with drafting content and documents, research and preparation, and business communications. All AI-generated output is reviewed, edited, and approved by me before use.

AI does not replace my professional judgement, expertise, or the human relationships at the heart of my work.

Which AI tools I use

I currently use the following AI platforms in my business: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Fathom NoteTaker and Magika. These are third-party tools with their own terms of use and privacy policies. I encourage you to review their policies if you have questions about how these platforms handle data.

What AI does not do

AI tools do not make decisions about your engagement with Emotify Pte Ltd. My frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property remain entirely my own.

Your data

I do not input your personal data, confidential information, or sensitive details into AI tools. Where I use AI to assist with communication, any identifying information is removed before use.

To the best of my knowledge, the AI platforms I use have no access to financial information, sensitive personal data, or my inbox. These systems operate as standalone tools and are not integrated with my financial accounts, email, or any platform that holds personal or confidential data relating to my clients or my business.
